SAM is designed as a fully mediated marketplace. We collect only the data needed to operate services, payments, and platform communication — and we do not expose buyer or seller direct contact information to facilitate off-platform dealings.

  • Mediated message threads related to orders, proposals, and clarifications.

3.3 Custom Requests and Assignments

  • Admin/assistant review notes and seller assignment records.

  • Provide customer support through admins and assistants.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, off-platform solicitation, and security threats.

5. How We Share Information

SAM does not share buyer or seller personal contact information with other users for the purpose of off-platform communication. Marketplace interactions are designed to remain inside the Platform.

5.1 Internal Access

Authorized SAM administrators and assistants may access account, order, and message data as needed to verify users, approve services, mediate conversations, review deliveries, resolve disputes, and enforce platform policies.

5.2 Service Providers

We may share limited data with trusted third-party providers that help us operate SAM, such as:

  • Payment processors and escrow/payout partners.
  • Identity, business, or ownership verification vendors.
  • Cloud hosting, email delivery, and security infrastructure providers.
  • Analytics or monitoring tools used to maintain platform reliability.

These providers are permitted to use data only to perform services on our behalf and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and report suspected account compromise immediately through SAM Support.
